I'm not able to make it this weekend and looking at the line-up I'm gutted. It looks like its going to be another classic session with Gladdy and Clive Chin both in attendance.
Have a good one Tim & Steve and I wouldn't mind hearing the recording of this if you're doing one....

Shame you weren't there, Ian, it was a lovely night. As everyone knows by now, I'm a CD man so most of the tunes are way beyond my ken, I feel relieved if I just about recognise the rhythm but particularly Gladdys set took me to a warm and comfortable place. So much so that I thought "stuff the last Tube, it's a Night Bus for me". Highlights included: - chatting with Tim and Steve - such nice people and probably the main reason I stiil make the effort - meeting Peter Levi and Kelly - talking footie with Bilko (sorry mate, I was a bit pissed!) and a lot of other East London heavyweights - Clive Chin's dreamy eyes - Bob Brookes' suit (again) - Gladdys graciousness - finding out the Mighty Champion is a grandpa - meeting a Scilian called Fabian on the Night Bus Not so good: - not knowing what was playing most of the time - Night Bus bizness - the usual wait and intermidable trip home - god awful hangover the next day compounded by the 2 year old jumping up and down on my head See youse there soon! Cheers Tim and Steve Ben
