I wouldn't call the Radiants or the Foundations tracks Northern Soul, more straight soul. My choice today is 'Just Like Romeo And Juliet' by The Reflections.

One of the most beautiful soul tunes ever!! Something slightly reggae about the intro as well - syncopated drums and piano, gentle horns in the background... and then that female vocal... sheer sonic bliss!
