Now that there are 18 episodes online, it's getting a bit harder to program this podcast. I'm not running out of ideas, but maybe asking the massive would generate some ideas. If you're a serious Lee Perry fan, what would you like to hear on Radio Scratch? www.upsetter.net/scratch/sounds

You've really got a lot up there that I've missed. That series along with the podcast represents a nice bit of work!
My ideas wouldn't be that much of a surprise, riddim runs and such.

Been getting 'nuff feedback about the Leo Graham special, so I was thinking about maybe doing more artist shows in the future. A riddim shower would be good -- Doug Wendt sent me a CD with 14 versions of "Curly Locks" and 15 of "Beat Down Babylon"!

The 'Fever', 'Black Candle' and 'Want A Wine' rhythms always grab me after leaving them alone for a while.

Fourteen versions of "Curley Locks"? Now that would make a mellow listening... "Three Blind Mice" is another upsetter riddim I love for some reason. "Fever" is a classic too.

I would be very interested in a show about the collaboration between Perry and Pratt (S1 and Black Ark period).

Don't know of any work that Lee Perry and Phil Pratt did at Studio One... An earlier episode ("Black Ark For Hire") features some Pratt-produced Black Ark recordings.

if you're trying for ideas.. i find that time periods -- either a year, if you can get enough together, or a few years -- isolated and played together can help listeners picture a sound from a certain time, and you can hear the sound change over time too.. learn a lot about a producer that way or i would just say 14 versions of earl sixteen "cheating" --

If you are still contemplating that riddim shower concept, how many versions were there of the "Bush Weed Corn Trash" riddim? That's another old favourite of mine.

OK, looks like rhythm shower is the plan... I'll have to dig up some obscure ones!

Don't know of any work that Lee Perry and Phil Pratt did at Studio One... I can´t put my finger on a tune but I´ve read that Pratt was working for Coxone when Perry was operating there too and thought you might know some details.
