Every other week. You can tune in today, but the "reggae" show you'll hear is mostly chat. I should be back next Friday with a serious Augustus Pablo show... Already working on it now, so it should be a barnstormer.

You can tune in today, but the "reggae" show you'll hear is mostly chat. I'm listening now and enjoying it. Big up Rastafari Live! Or don't you dig it Algoriddim because they play music from after 1984?

I have my own issues with the host, and no I don't like reggae after '84.

The dude was a little slick for my tastes and I've heard much better modern roots selecters...
So a tune like "Earth A Run Red" by Richie Spice does nothing for you? Cha!

I haven't sifted through those waters enough to find that Spice tune. I should clarify my statement by saying "no I don't like (to play) reggae after '84." I spin around town with the guy that comes on after my show (and after Sister Telli) and I can appreciate a nice modern roots selection and have gotten to know quite a few things, but I wouldn't really search them out or pay for them.

When riddims are this good you can select every piece you got!!!!!!
I guess I'm so immersed in Studio 1, rock steady, that I forgot that Randy's actually ran things in the early to mid 70s.
