This one just sprung to mind:
The Beas "Dr. Goldfoot & His Bikini Machine"
Top title (the song isn't bad either) and more or less named after a crap (so I've been told) mid-60s film starring Vincent Price.

"My Precarious Life in the Public Domain" by John Jacob Niles is my favourite title at the moment. It's not so much a song as the title of an abum of songs recorded between 1939 and 1941. If you saw the outstanding Scorsese biopic of Dylan on BBC2 last year, you may recall a brief and rather chilling appearance by JJN looking as though he might leap out of the TV screen and strangle you as you gawped. I am beholden to the generosity of Ras Berry (Richard Davies) for getting my ears around this. And compelling listening it is too as Niles slaloms around the octaves and registers in very refreshing if occasionally eccentric interpretations of trad songs.

don't know if this one qualifies as excellent, but good luck getting it on to a 7-inch record!

Mojo Nixon - "Debbie Gibson Is Pregnant With my Two-Headed Love-Child". Seem to remember the lp it was on was quite a laff but this title is the only thing that's stayed with me 15 years or so later.

Lankou, the band "It's Immaterial" did an album with the title: "Life's hard and then you die".
But for the best song titel I nominate the Special Aka - What I Like Most About You Is Your Girlfriend
