Ivan A. Schlager is the leader of Skadden’s Public Policy Group. He counsels clients and devises strategies for dealing with Congress, the executive branch and independent regulatory agencies. He has prepared corporate executives for congressional testimony and for appearances before federal regulators.
Mr. Schlager represents a diverse group of clients ranging from communications, technology and Internet companies to manufacturing companies and major transportation companies.
Mr. Schlager has assisted in the development of legislative and regulatory strategies for America Online, Inc. in its merger with Time Warner, Inc.; Chris-Craft Industries, Inc. in the sale of its station group to The News Corporation Limited; and US Airways, Inc. in its merger with United Air Lines, Inc. In addition, he represented News Corporation in its acquisition of DIRECTV, and Global Crossing Ltd. in its sale of its network to Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte. Ltd. Mr. Schlager has also represented several companies in high-profile congressional investigations and crisis management situations. He also advised a major studio in connection with a Federal Trade Commission investigation.

this Patrick bloke seems a bit too hardcore for me :"trop d'amour vit en toi"! too bad i have i haven't taken any interest in the way you can send photos/pictures here, otherwise i woulda counter-attacked with our local Hervé Vilar or Frederic François. btw, what is shlager?

Actually Patrick is going through a rough time. After years of disguising his homosexuality, the boulevard press finally accepted it. And he & his partner adopted a child - it was all a queer Schlager heaven. But the relationship just broke recently and now the 2 blokes seem to be fighting about the kid. What a feast for the yellow press! That's why I remembered his name and put up his album, I see Patrick every day at the newsstand.
