Hi All
I'm thinking about setting up a page with a directory of all ska and reggae podcasts only to make it easier for people to find us. Whaddya reckon?

Though I hardly ever listen to podcasts, it seems like a sound idea mate...

Great idea Gordy
Not aware of any decent directory to make life easiler to find the podcasts all over the place...

It's a great idea G, and will if advertised right get serious traffic, unlike the new Ska plae toolbar thing we've just got on you must make it a list of everything available, with brief description and link directly to their show's RSS & their homepage. Can I suggest that you dfine the shows by their genre content and their format,
ie, 'This show plays Mainly Vintage and Modern Ska with a little Rocksteady thrown in for good measure. Pure Playlist, no chat.
If you get significant traffic you might think about funding it with Google pay per click ad banners.

Great Idea G! Perhaps it can be done via a blog? Maybe allow a few users you can trust to contribute and edit?

I support the idea. Podcasts have become my radio lately, but seeking them out can be a bit of a job.
