I'd bought both TELEGIFT (several times) and SOULHEVEN (just once).
Telegift is very slow delivery but never had a lost order, but Soulheaven shipped me a single 1 month later than the date I'd paid for it.

SOULHEAVEN have gone RIGHT down the swanee!! I have bought alot of tunes from them in the past, never had a single problem..until i bought 3 tunes recently from him for a total of £100... they all said "VG++ plays excellent" as the grade.... here's how they played!: musical happiness - soul vendors - plays VG-, cheating - earl 16 a side plays VG b side plays G+, Thinking - Ken booth - a side plays VG- b-side plays G+.... IN SHORT THEY CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED!!! you have been warned... when i tried to return the tunes (as promised i could in the listings) he simply ignored me. I have filed a dispute with paypal, fingers crossed!

MRBT, . He also does not answer either e-mails(numerous) or several phone calls. His name is Hutton, and he owes me a record. yes yes, PAUL HUTTON was the name printed on my package from SOULHEAVEN!!! this guy is obviously a joker - what happened, did he take over soulheaven? they were good once upon a time i'll never trust them again!

My usual advice - clean them up Jerry ! Should play much better after a good clean... Funny thing about Soulheaven is that he NEVER answer any questions but when you leave him feedback he will leave feedback back fast as lightning !

Regarding Mr. Hutton: It went down the mudslinging way of my negative against his negative until we were able to mutually decide to un-negative. Stupid-a** system, and altho I have had good luck w/ this dealer, it was a sometime-thing; better to avoid temptation...

I'd say be cautious with (Vinylking102). He did not mention in his listing fairly large writing with crayon on one side of the LP jacket. then when asked for a partial refund of $6.00 he gave me a hard time then said he would send it in a few days and never did. I'm itching to leave a big fat negative feedback, but hesitating because he probably doesnt care anyway, otherwise he would try to make the customer happy. *Vinylking102 = batty seller*

I bought a Ben Sherman shirt for my girl to seller "bristolmedia" The shirt ended less than 9 USD and the seller said that the shipping to Argentina is 15 USD. I paod it because the shirt was brand new and cheap.
Along the weeks I had no news about the shirt on the mail, after a month the seller said it returned (because sent it to a wrong address) and that if I wanted it shipped again I must pay the shipping again. I said he must pay it because I gave the right address. Well he had the good luck that the people at post office let him reship it for free. Finally I'd received it and guess what? The shipping cost on it was less than 6 USD. So the inithial shipping I paid was enough to ship near 3 times.

Anyone had a problem with Selectors (the shop on Brixton Hill)? Selling under name selector1. Bought two tunes, he sent one cheap LP I didn't win (and in fact bought when it came out in 1991). Has ignored messages and phone calls for a month.
Time for a walk up Brixton Hill!

Think that Selectors (Choice ?/Music ?) from Brixton is selling under the 'man of tunes' name...good seller.

Vinylking102 gets my vote... I recently purchased a record off him with the assumption that it was an original pressing, because the price was almost three times the re-issue and he didn't note that it was a re-issue. (I saw the auction only as it closed). Turns out it wasn't an original pressing, just a really expensive reissue. I was as reasonable as I could possibly be, offering to cover his e-bay fees and instead purchasing another record off him with a similar price... but he just came across totally unfriendly to say the least...even if I was at some fault in the deal, his reaction was just uncalled for... won't be dealing with him in the future again.

Think that Selectors (Choice ?/Music ?) from Brixton is selling under the 'man of tunes' name...good seller. He does Skunk (and FTA). I thought this was him 'cos I got a jungle LP I didn't buy from Selectors the same week and still don't know why. He didn't respond to a phone message. Oddly the Paypal dispute gives a Chinese name. On another note, I just received my first negative feedback after 352 positives. Got taken out on my bike by a bus and ended up in hospital so was delayed sending two valves until 2 weeks after the auction. Some bugger has left negative but I'd already sent them to him by registered post the day before. Good job it means bugger all eh?

Oddly the Paypal dispute gives a Chinese name. talking about chinese names... I won a 12" from daddykool on ebay some time ago & received an invoice from someone in China with the item details & all... ! good thing I noticed.. I guess if I only paid invoices through ebay rather than through email, I could avoid this altogether... (could something similar have happened?)

Don't think so, my Paypal history associates this seller with this account and I'm pretty sure I paid from the website, not email, that's what I usually do.

Vinylking102 is now on my shit list, too. I ordered a few records from him before with no problems - reasonable prices, good selection, and because he's also in Canada, shipping is quick. I ordered 4 records from him at the end of May. A month later, they hadn't shown up, so I contacted him to confirm the order and the shipping date. He said he was sorry, but had forgotten to send them! I finally get the package today, and there's only one out of the four records I ordered! I just asked him for a refund, and I'll never buy from him again.

OK, Vinylking has messaged me after weeks after all the mess I went through with him... asking me why I haven't paid for the record I had told him I didn't want... I remind him why I haven't paid, and then he responds again with the same bloody message as his last! I've about had it with this guy.

Does anyone know what's going on with this chap musicniceplayittwice ?
I 'bought' some items from him in August. however nothing arrived no replies to enquiries etc...
I left bad feedback for him recently (only the second time out of over a 1000 deals)
And when i checked his score he'd gone from mainly good F/B to about 50 odd negs and neutrals during the last few weeks from punters in the same boat as me.
Needless to say he ain't offereing anything more for sale.
Nimble.

I too was taken by "musicniceplayittwice", paid for record, never received, even though he told me he 'was honest, and doesn't lie, and the record was in the mail"
I asked FIVE TIMES VIA EMAIL when he actually had sent the record and he would NEVER confirm or respond to that question, just steer around it.
First he told me he was sick, then he told me he was in a car accident. If you look at his feedback history, he has A LOT of complaints about excessive shipping times, even if they weren't negative feedback ratings.
Now, ebay says that his account was hacked into or something. I personally don't believe any of it. He's a straight thief. He's only been a member (well no longer now) of ebay since January, but he will come across as though he's some sort of lifer.
His real name is Karl Arvidsson, email ishengalore@yahoo.com
Addresses: 8540 SW 116th St Miami, FL 33156-4347
17340 SW 74th Ave Village Of Palmetto Bay, FL 33157-6342

I actually had very nice dealing with this person for few years. Pity to hear it went wrong.
When dealing with eBay one must remember the 45 days limit for filing a Paypal claim - after this time have passed theres nothing that can be done so keep watching the date & if something goes wrong don't hesitate to file a Paypal dispute, even if the seller tells you that his mom was hijacked by aliens - anyway the Paypal process takes few weeks & you can cancel it in any stage if the problem get solved in the meantime.

Just thought I'd add that this Karl seller has used several user names on ebay, so beware. He changes his user name or re-registers. I've only noticed because he has many records for sale all with the same markings - lots of asterisks with "Frankie" on them. Fortunately, I had good luck with Karl, twice. But I have seen with each name that he starts off ok, then his feedback gets bad, fast. Hope Paypal helps you all out.

Avoid skagirl1969 in Germany, still hasn't replied to my three mails regarding shipping of two items one 7" at £36. Doesn't seem to sell a lot which I'm hoping will excuse their shit service. I am starting to get a bit jittery I have to say, can you get money back from Paypal if you don't get the item?

The claim process is going through eBay this days (instead of Paypal) - use the 'resolve a problem' button, just don't wait over 45 days

Well 2-3 weeks should be enough time for a parcel to arrive inside europe. Anyway the eBay process takes some time & you can simply cancel it anytime during the process if the parcel arrive.
