Jammy's - DSR 3542 - Colin Roach & General Degree - Execution Version "six million ways to die, choose one !" Does anyone know if this is this the original use of this line? I've heard it used in a few tunes but not known where it comes from...

but is probably most widely known from Cutty Ranks massive 'Who seh mi Done' tune from 199sumting, which also sampled JCs 'Wonderful World Beautiful People'

I seem to recall there was a movie called "to live and die in LA" and the line "there are six million ways to die in LA, choose one" was used in the introduction or trailer. Haven't seen it since checking the video in the 80s but it was a cops/gang style of thing and could've been the inspiration for it www.imdb.com/title/tt0090180/

Thanks for the replies.
btw, all the tunes I've heard it used in have all been great too, eg, Cutty, the Junglist version (who was that again???) and I'm sure I've heard Iration Steppas use it too.

Wasn't Colin Roach murdered outside Stoke Newington cop shop?
